E-commerce concept and definition.



E-commerce or electronic commerce, is the buying also selling of goods and services, putting it more simply , is a revolutionary form of business used by many companies in order to sell or provide services through the internet (SearchCIO, 2022).

Another fact is that this type of business has existed for more than 20 years but it was in 2019 that it expanded during the pandemic, being considered as a practical way of buying and selling different types of product, nowadays this kind of business can be done between business-to-business, business-to-consumer, consumer-to-consumer or consumer-to-business.
